Hi All,

I wish best of luck to all of you. My timeline is below;

FSW - OUT-LAND (NOC - 1111)

AOR- (03- September-2018)
IP1 - (03-September-2018)
IP2- (10- September-2018)
MED passed - (26- September-2018)
Bio-metric letter received - (26- September-2018)
Bio-metric completed - (03-October-2018)

Received weird call from VFS Canada yesterday they were asking about my Bio-metric number which is also updated in my profile. Anybody has any idea or experienced any call like this ?

Paste the exact wording of the letter here so we can advice accordingly

The below are the exact wording:

Dear PRITESH PARMAR,
This is in reference to your application for permanent residence in Canada. In order for us to continue the
review of your application, we require the following documents:
11Xxxxxxxx - PRITESH PARMAR:
RPRF: For additional information regarding the Right of Permanent Residence fee and how to
pay your fees, please refer to the following link.

Anyways, I made the payment for myself and spouse along with explanation that I have made the payment for both.

Does the request for RPRF signify any progress?

We need additional docs, I haven't gotten them yet. RCMP Check, waiting on the results

Me too (FSW-O, AOR 18 Sep, Country of origin and residence - India, No travel history)
The ADR was on 12th October right after I got my MEP update, and was for Schedule A (IMM5669-e Background Declaration form bearing an original signature - they did not specify what exactly need to be stated/highlighted - usually they specify a certain period for address or education or work history - but not for me)
The status was 'Reviewing docs' until last week, but changed to 'Not Applicable' on 01 Nov.
Background check is in IP1. No other updates so far.

Not sure about it.......but I have seen that in cases where add docs are schedule A, IM5475 etc....at a certain point the status change to NA....but when is an additional PCC it takes ages!! sometimes I think it does not change at all! =/

As I said, it is just my observation.

Maybe you had gaps in your history? Did you double check? As I read in other threads, cic will request sched A when the address/work/travel dates dont match or you had visa refusal.
No gaps or visa refusals.
I did my masters degree through distance education, while I was working in my previous company. So the timelines overlap in my Personal History section. That's the only thing I assume, which might have caused a confusion.

I think you did well by paying for both because the letter doesn't explicitly say pay for only Primary Applicant. So I think the problem is in the wording and how you understood it. I am understanding it as application 11xxxxxx Pritesh Parmar. Meaning you and any adult dependant you have in the application. All the best.

I was reading the August AOR, and someone mentioned that they tried to check their application through the website the VFS gave and it said that the application is being processed by the Canada Visa office.
I tried to check mine it says no records found..any idea??? Have i been written off?? I am worried now. On Tuesday i was told 'the information you provided was transferred to the Case Processing Center in Ottawa'.
I check my profile on Tuesday and yesterday..it says submitted.
Background hasnt started yet

Hi ,

Which website is it can you please quote it here ?

Lol don't go giving yourself HBP. The website is for biometrics not your entire application. Please don't let people's confusion get you worked up for no reason.

Is ECAS accessible to EE FSW-O applicants?

Is this website listed in the response from CIC for the enquiry you made?
Unless you know for sure that this website is suppose to hold information similar to CIC portal. do not bother !

Also you are a step ahead, since your application is in CPC, Ottawa. An application moving to CPC is a progress because the first step is to come into CIO. So I believe you are progressing.

Mine is still stuck in CIO, Sydney, Nova Scoatia. :)
