Hi, don't worry, it can take time, however you need to contact CIC after a couple of days, if you didn't receive the email of Biometrics instructions. Don't forget to check you Spam as well.

I need your help, my AoR is 23 Sep. MEP 24 OCT. my BG message as been "We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information." since my AoR.

i have yet to receive my Bio-metric request letter, i am a Pakistani citizen and am required to and have paid the fee too.

observations from this forum, is that the Bio letter comes within a couple of days of MEP.

Should i panic about this delay in Biometric letter? is there something i can do?

It takes a few weeks, give it another week or two. You should get a letter in your MyCIC account.

Aor 17 sept... time seems very very long ! And i don't know why it took that long to be received ! What's wrong ?!

on one level i am glad to have someone else in the same situation as me. on another sad your case to be stuck like mine.

i think the best we can do is wait another week or so patiently

Let me know if there is any update in your account and ill do the same.

I just worry in case it means stg goes wrong !
Otherwise, i have no choice than waiting.

Can anyone tell me why they requested RPRF? Is it a good sign or everyone gets this?

Does your background check staus say your application is in progress we will send you a message when we start your background check.
 
Hello, do everyone gets Biometric request at one of the steps before receiving PPR. Please suggest.
