Check Canadian High commission if you have one in your country. If not google search VAC within your country.

Everything happens for a reason. We have a similar situation except that it concerned RPRF request instead.

Furthermore, When I tracked my biometrics it says it is under process by LVO.

There were some major changes to analytics engine, as number of cases reached 100k we had to do them... it took a while, but it shoud now run fine.
