I couldn't either. It has expired. I think we were supposed to that within 30 days of submitting EE Profile. Don't know how to do it now. It used to be compulsory but since it is optional now, I don't think it matters much. Since same jobs are posted on other sites too, this can be figured out after landing.... And the wait continues.

I did my biometrics last week and the biometrics details were updated onto my profile however the biometrics status part is still 'We need your fingerprints to process your application. Check your messages below for details' so it still says my action is required. Should I be bothered? Because others usually see their biometrics status as 'Completed'.

Hello, it shouldn't bother you much. Sounds exactly like mine. It cleared after 3-4 days later, finally updated as 'completed'. And then action required disappeared. Keep an eye on it, but you should be fine.

Were you able to register before? Because lately they sent email that your profile will be deactived because of inactivity and you have to login to activate again. Anyway, cant really find any use of it except emails about job matches but of course when you try to apply, they ignore the application.

I forgot to register it the very first time. When I tried doing it after ITA I kept getting errors so left it... I didn't get any email
