Do you know why it took that long? I have noticed a turn-around time of about 7-14 days for US residents. Finally COPR..

In some cases when the file moves from one visa office to another sometimes the eligibility status can be reset to "Not started". However in your screenshot I only see notes by program assistant. Program assistant does the R10 completeness check. Eligibility is initially reviewed by a case analyst which doesn't appear to be the case in the screenshot.
Where do you see Eligibility as passed?
What cansha said is very accurate. My file was in fact moved from CIO to Ottawa for workload redistribution. I've seen the switch between "not started" and "passed" a few times in the activity section for criminality and eligibility.Lol i have the exact GCMS, nothing have started. But don't worry we are not in SS or anything bad.
It's just they completely forgot our files and we need to wait more than 6 month so maybe they can notice it and start working on our file.
I think its partly on me. I sent wrong sized pictures, and I had to send correct ones back again. That delayed it by couple of days.Do you know why it took that long? I have noticed a turn-around time of about 7-14 days for US residents.
could you elaborate then what does background check in process emply? I am assuming there is a certain order in which they review application for ex medical test before background check.no..
ur timeline? What cansha said is very accurate. My file was in fact moved from CIO to Ottawa for workload redistribution. I've seen the switch between "not started" and "passed" a few times in the activity section for criminality and eligibility.
I may have misunderstood the notes I have, but I'm happy as there are no negative things mentioned.
Last night I got a ghost update for starting my background check!

If you're in Montreal you will have to wait till first week March to hear something if you are lucky. There is a dedicated Montreal thread if you wish to get more information https://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/threads/montreal-visa-office-lets-connect-here.575300/page-211I was able to talk to an agent this morning. she told me that eligibility is under review and everything else has not started yet! My AOR is 12 th sep and online portal shows IP1. I got to know that my visa office is Montreal. Anyone in this forum whose application is being processed in Montreal visa office? please share your timeline. Thanks.
