My profile has been approved a month ago and still no PPR, 44 days left to the 6 months. Also my profile status as following:
Review of eligibility We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements.
Review of medical results You passed the medical exam.
Review of additional documents We do not need additional documents.
Interview You do not need an interview. We will send you a message if this changes.
Biometrics Completed.
Background check We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information.
Final decision Your application is in progress. We will send you a message once the final decision has been made.
Anyone have the same situation? any ideas when I shall expect the PPR email ?
Got GCMS notes and was told by agent file approved on Dec 20th.
Looks like they are no more sending PPR mail ahead of 6 month mark or very few if they do .Also it varies depending on visa office.
So hang in there n sit tight!

And i asked them about the status and the agent said eligibilty is still in progress

Hopefully this was resolved for you...I was in the same situation as you (ADR for Mexico PCC) and it kept saying 'we need additional documents'. I raised a technical support request as well with web team but before they replied I figured out what I did wrong. I hadn't submitted the application after uploading the ADR. So once you upload the document in the place holder, go to the bottom of the form and it should say submit application or something along those lines(can't remember exactly). Follow the prompts, they are exactly how it was the first time you submitted your application. Once you submit your status would change to "The additional documents you provided have been uploaded'.
I also submitted the PCC through CSE Webform as a backup. So anyone reading this in future, make sure once you submit ADR through the application, attach the ADR through CSE Webform as well (just as a backup). Hope this helps!!

Here is my timeline.
PNP-Inland
Office Ottawa as per GCSM, but ppr came from Sydney office
AOR -20th of Sept.
MEP - 20th of OCT
Went straight to IP2 afterward
Ghost update somewhere around 20th of Nov
2 Ghost update somewhere around 7th of Dec
Application was approved the day i got 2nd Ghost
PPR 28th of Jan

Same here. Aor Sep 6, approved on Dec 20 (GCMS). Recently asked through IRCC, reply was generic, just saying that everything was received. No specific information about application.Exactly same status as you. AOR 11th Sep.
