Did anyone whose file has been approved and who emailed NDVO last week get PPR today?

I think they've stopped responding to AORs less than 6 months.

His letter says admissibility review is under process and the payment is needed before an immigrant visa is issued. Admissibility is only checked after eligibility has been passed.
