After waiting for 75 days I called CIC to know any updates about my application (only medical has been passed) and after waiting for an hour the agent picked up the call and told me that your application is in an expected time frame and I should just wait and relax...I asked her that I didn't pay RPRF along with my application and I haven't received any notification of that also...she said it's completely okay...just check your CIC account and wait for the intimation....I asked her please let me know my visa office...she asked which country did you apply from...I told her India and she said that for now your file is in Canada and will be here until any decision is made on the same
I didn't get even a single piece of information after waiting for an hour on the call..... it's really very demotivating and disheartening to not get any information from any side
Consultants mistake? What was that? Normally people hire consultants to avoid mistakes.I have already faced refusal last year because of my consultant's mistakes and this time also I am too scared and receiving no notification is more scary...I really hope this wait ends soon for all of us
Don't worry. Probably you got through a tough agent. many people are not able to get out information from them. Infact many are facing rude replies too. Just be patient. It'll happen. All of us are in the same boat though I'm surprised that you still havent received RPRF request. It's 22 September 2018...and I have seen in this forum that it's not advisable to order GCMS until you have reached 4 months mark
I don't have any idea why it's like that....I won't say she was rude but she was quite adamant on not sharing any information and I don't understand why
They didn't select the appropriate NOC and after waiting for 88 days I got the refusal...I was amazed at the rejection because it came after they had requested the RPRF fees
Sometimes they disconnect the call by saying that we are receiving a large number of calls and we cannot connect you to an agent but if you are lucky you get to talk to them by waiting for anywhere around 30 minutes to 1 hour and if you are super lucky you come across an agent who is kind enough to share the updates with you
I think you should sit back and relax because it seems that everything with your application is okay...might be PPR is on the way
