- Nous avons reçu votre demande de citoyenneté canadienne (attribution de la citoyenneté) le 20 septembre 2017.
- Nous vous avons envoyé de la correspondance accusant réception de votre ou de vos demande(s) ainsi qu'un livre d'étude intitulé Découvrir le Canada le 25 octobre 2017.
- Nous avons commencé le traitement de votre demande le 8 novembre 2017.
- Nous vous avons envoyé un avis de convocation le 14 décembre 2017, pour l'examen de citoyenneté qui aura lieu le 19 janvier 2018, à 08:15. L'avis de convocation que vous recevrez par la poste confirmera officiellement votre rendez-vous. Si vous ne recevez pas cet avis de convocation avant la date de votre rendez-vous, veuillez communiquer avec nous.
So I passed my exam on January 19.
I scored 20/20; at the end of the interview the agent told me the next step would be the oath ceremony.
My ecase hasn't moved to DM yet....
I'm wondering, if they needed additional info/documents, they wouldhave already asked me , right?

Background checks must still be in progress. Yes, they will contact you if they need any additional documents.
No, you don't need all those documents.
You will need to take your invitation, your PR card (they'll keep it) and your record of landing (they'll amend it). You will need to take ID with you, as well. It's gonna be on March 22th 2018.
For people who wants more details, I received the notice by email. My ECAS status still "IP" for the moment.
Can you update the informations in the spreadsheet please?

I did my oath taking this morning March 07. Montreal office. We were 275 new citizens. I did my exam January 24 after 4 weeks i got my invitation to oath taking. All in all 7 months process. Next step apply passport after 2 business days which is this coming Monday.
Anybody has experience apply first time passport. How long the procesing.

I meet somebody at my oath taking today at Montreal office she did her exam last November while me did last January 24 so it depends maybe on the officer who handles your paper.
