Hey guys I have the following two questions please:
Q1: We applied together as one family (4 members) and we got the test invite at the same day, my son has a mid term exam at that day so, to change the test date he should send them an email to ask for that are they going to change him the test date for himself only or for the hole family?
Q2: one of my sons is less than 18 so he didn't receive a test invite, should we take him with us to present his original documents or we can do that for him without his presence?

not sure about your older son's case and how cic would reschedule the exams. But for your younger son, he does not have to be present.

He had a CBSA record for all of my trips during the six years , so it was easy for him to see any missed trips. All of my information checked out from the CBSA record to the CRS calculator except the 4 trips that I had missed putting on the CRS calculator. I wasn't clear on the stamp issue; he leafed through my passport and kind of "spot checked" a few of them against my CRS calculator.
Hope this is helpful information!
In my case, the CIC official checked each and every page / stamp of my passports and validated them against what I reported. but maybe that is because I don't travel much, it was not very hard to do the work.

Good info, and applicable to my case as well. I would be surprised if I did not miss at least one or two trips from 5+ years ago. Thanks for sharing.

You are very welcome, and I'm glad it helped at least one person!

Hi Guys,

My application was sent September 24th. It still shows in Process since November 21. No movement yet. Are any Toronto folks experiencing the same?

It took them about 2 months and 9 days to send me the test invite from IP, so I hope you will get it soon! Toronto is generally slow and the average seems to be higher than other places, if you look across the data for other months.

Yes! Passed my tests. Got just an Group of Seven question wrong. Lady didn't verify any of my photocopies, quickly skimmed over my stamps. I was worried because I had 2 visa stamps in portuguese/spanish but she didn't care. Looking forward to the oath now!

i am so happy for everyone getting their test invites, and passing tests and scheduling oath ceremonies!

but when is it going to be our turn?????? i mean, my husband's case is very simple. we had like 6 trips in the last 4 years. It has been 2 months that we are in progress. why would they not yet confirm the 6 trips? i think my husband's name is a common name, and it is causing the delay... according to october applicants, ottawa is already scheduling exams for february 20th. with our luck, my husbands will be the week of the 26th, where he has to go to USA for a business trip. :/
