Yes, same UCI. It never changes.

I also didn't receive an attachment on the email they sent. It makes us 3. you have to call them and request one by phone or complete their web form and ask them to resend it.

what is the contact number to reach them?
or can you please send the URL for the web form?

Thanks, I sent it via Canada Post Courier. Took 3 business days for delivery.

Yes , there should be an attachment. I got a same email but with an attachment. The attachment will say it an AOR
