I just noted that up to second line in online status is ''application received status'' and when third line will appear showing " We started processing your application on Month/ xx/xx we can say in process. Corrected sheet for this.

Are you able to see this via ecas ? How many days it take to shows on ecas ? I can access ecas with info of other application but no info for citizenship app. I got AOR today

Hi there. I also was able to login to my account and see the following info:

1. We received your application for Canadian citizenship (grant of citizenship) on September 11, 2017.
2. We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s), and a study book called Discover Canada on October 11, 2017

Does this indicate the application is actually IP (in process)? Or is there a separate email that gets sent regarding being in process by CIC?

Hi, all!

I'm new here, so here's my information:

Location: North York
Type: Single
Physical Days: 1,817
Application Submitted: September 8, 2017
Application Delivered: September 11, 2017
AOR Received (Email): October 12, 2017

Also ECAS access granted on October 13, 2017. Can monitor my application online now.

I'm actually surprised to receive an AOR because I've been expecting CIC to return my application due to having accidentally submitted outdated forms. Did I make it through?

Question : On AOR email is says that " If you are getting this AOR via email than " Discover Canada Study guide" will be able to downloaded from below website " http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/publications/discover/index.asp" or if AOR is via mail than it will be mail out.

Does this mean that CIC will not send Study guide in mail or AOR is via email ?

Please let me know

yes, exactly. I logged into my account and saw the info about my citizenship app. I received AOR Oct 11 and then this appeared on Oct 12.

Application package is on the way to your local immigration office. Local office will login again after necessary screening.

sent by postal mail? sure? why not just scan everything into system and any cic branch can access it anywhere anytime, safe, secure, economic, and efficient.

Identification Type : Client ID Number / UCI

and then the UCI number ?

Does anyone ecas changed to in process for those who got AOR last week or recently ? I saw aug track sheet but it is very different for some it took 2 days or 3 or 7 to 15 days to change from application received to In proces ?

ya there is fluctuations for the dates but from last week there is no in process even for me i got AOR on oct05 still application recevied showing
