My PR card arrived today. We got a letter on Thursday asking for new photos for my daughter's PR card, so we'll see how long hers takes once we get those done later this afternoon.

Took 50 days from landing for the card to arrive. Not bad. I'm glad to almost be completely finished with this part of the process.

hi everyone, Hope everyone is doing good.

my timeline is as follows:

Sponsorship
1. We received your application to sponsor (Name of Principal Applicant) on August 26, 2016.
2. We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on September 23, 2016.
3. We started processing your application on September 22, 2016.
4. We sent you correspondence on October 20, 2016 about the decision on your application.

I only got 3 lines on the Principal Applicant side. It states as follows:

Permanent Residence
1. We received (Name of Principal Applicant's) application for permanent residence on August 26, 2016.
2. We started processing (Name of Principal Applicant's) application on October 11, 2016.
3. Medical results have been received.

I was just wondering if I should contact cic regarding my case or should I just wait... I have not heard anything back from them or any emails so far so was just wondering how much longer do you guys think it will take..

I am Dec applicant and I ve my Background Check in progress since last month too, I think we should wait one more month before inquire information or what some people do heart, ask for Officer notes.

We got asked for new medicals at the end of March which we sent right away, and since then nothing. I just asked for GCMS notes...

Mexico VO seems to be taking its time to respond... if they require proof of communication, it probably means
They are considering the genuinely of the relationship. Sometimes it happens they left behind some applications, so asked mg for your GCMS notes may be a good idea to "move forward" your application

Waiting on the passport from Vienna VO. I bought tickets for both of us on the 16th of May and am hoping the passport arrives by then. I sent it on April 25th.

I ended up coming to visit my husband in Bosnia and while I was here, we got PPR. I was supposed to go back to Canada on the 4th but ended up staying longer so we could travel together.

Hi, the status of my process is:
Documents filed in September 2016
Approval as sponsor in October 2016
Documents received in VO lima January 2017
After that we have no news , my medical exam expires in July 2017
Now I am visiting my husband in Canada and it seems that I am pregnant, someone has been through that ?. Do you know if this affects the process in any way and what should be done in these cases?
