I am a little disappointed to see only 1 guest is allowed per family. My parents happen to visit me this year and I am thinking to bring them to witness my ceremony.

Check with your local office. I had no problem taking two guest and noticed that in the ceremony there were more than one family members for other applicants.

They should not take the landing document away from you as you need to keep this one for later when your apply for pension.

I took my oath a few months ago and they never even asked for it.

Apologize for the confusion I have caused. I checked my documents and THE LANDING DOCUMENTS were given back to my wife and she had kept it with her.

It was NOT taken from us.

Thanks! They had to do a clearance check and all with the States since I was working across the border!

Hello everybody.
Scarborough
September - sent documents
November - test and decision made
Still waiting for the Oat ceremony. We are calling them every week. They said to wait till September 2017, now they can't do anything. Our PR are expire in the end of July, we have booked vacation.....Some suggestion will be helpful or if there are more from Sept.applicants that still waiting for Scarborough.
