I got email this morning for medical and RPRF payment.

You did upfront medical or you were asked for it?

I did upfront because I'm residing in a remote place and there's no eligible physicians around my area. Therefore I had to, or otherwise it'd delay a whole lot if I had waited. I would need to 1, consult a local doctor to get their consent 2, contact CIC that I got someone who would do Medical for me and provide them the contact info 3, go back to the doctor and make an appointment with them (that alone took 2 months since it wasn't an emergency) 4, have them mail the paperwork back to the CIC 5, waited for the CIC to confirm that they got the result I'm surprised they only asked you for MR this morning but hey they are acting on things!

Yeah, I am feeling anxious about it. I am looking at the trend here and people from Jan are still waiting for Medical request. Where I from March got medical request ::)

It is indeed super hard to gage on what the trend is. What does your MyCIC look like? Is your Eligibility still in process or?

Yes, on MYCIC it says Eligibility in process

In email I received for medical, it says my application has been found eligible in the class for which it was submitted. ( I am guessing that is generic message they sent out for every medical request)

Just to share some more info with you (and whoever comes across reading this), an agent told me that as of June 23, the CIC has received all the documents that they'd need from me. However, due to complications and confusion from Canada Post's possibility of strikes and Visa office having no notification of acknowledging the PCC that sent by my home country, I had requested the Police department back home to send them the certificate again. And now they've got the same document on August 15. I wonder if that'd count as delaying their process – they'd now only recognize the latest receiving date instead of the initial one.

Fear alert but oh well. Keep it positive or else I'll just beat myself up for it. There were quite a few PPR today, we should be happy for those who got them :)
