holly molly!! I rechecked the copies of application package that I sent on September 21, I wasn't able to include my email address, I missed that part :( what can I do? would you guys think my application going to be return to me?
 
I would use that message box in cic website for the change of address and other information ... for updating my info regarding an E-mail address.

i am in similar situation. My application was received on 21st Sept, CIC deducted payment on 16th Dec. I haven't received AOR yet. I guess due to holiday season the AOR is getting delayed. I hope we should should get it by first week of January in best case.

Hello Awesome People,

I need your expert advice on this urgent situation. I applied for my PR in september 2015 and my application was sent back due to the following reason - " Signature missing on IMM0008E". At the end of this form, it did allow me to electronically type in my name so which I did but they want it to be signed instead. Also same thing was done on another form but they checked mark ok. Now I have to send whole application again and pay the fees again as the first payment would have been returned.

My question is - Should I submit complete application with new forms or I can use rest of the forms as it is ( Though they tick marked them while checking) but with new signed IMM008?

Also when I first sent this application there was AINP package which had a sticker on it. It was required to place this sticker on my mail package while sending it to CIO, Sydney. Now I do not have this sticker to place it again.

Please help me with your expert views on it.

IMM0008E - If they want to allow us to write/print our names then they should have said so. We need to sign all necessary forms by respective person. Whenever you are submitting then its better to check if the forms are updated and refill the ones required (if you have any form that has been updated since you sent it). If not you can use the same editable form with you to remove that name from that box, revalidate, reprint it, sign it and send.

Sticker - No idea. Others from AINP can comment. In general, no sticker is needed but it may be for easy sorting/placing at correct location/desk at cic which ainp is trying to provide i guess.

Same thing happened to me. CIC has updated the forms with new version number. So, I used those new forms to fill in all the details. Also, they did not send the AINP sticker so I wrote AINP on the front side of the enevelope. Also, the photo specifications has changed so make sure you send the photos with right specs. It is frustrating and I can understand your pain.

Did you also pay another fees when you resubmit your application?

I think you need to validate the form if not then you can sign and send them back

If you have already sent it then its fine. If not its better to send the RPR Fee because the visa office is anyway asking in few months before verifying our eligibility, criminality and other base criteria. And we know that it will be easily added to our account if its in the same package hence we dont need to send that again and delay whenever they request for.

My case: I did not send. Later i send it separately to that "fees recovery" email. And incidentally the visa office also asked after few months on the same in the general reminder email. So there is no need to wait for it to pay.

Any idea how long it will take to get the medical after receiving AOR ?? I have submitted my police clearence along with my documents.
 
Hi Guys, Does anyone know the waiting time between AOR and MR these days ? Got my AOR on Dec 18. Any idea when I should expect MR ?
