I just received AOR today November 23 2015, cic received it on September 8 2015.

next up is MR waiting!

PR APLICATION IN CIO.. Sept 2, 2015

AOR RECEIVED.............Nov. 24, 2015

Don't stress. My application reached the CIO on September, 3 but I haven't received any mail from them. In my case, I paid the fee upfront. Will report when I also have news. Are you inland or Outland?I am AINP.
