yes, I am.was asked for additional documents in june, I sent them in, and they received them july 03rd. So still waiting. Do you think they will give us a interview?

Well in my notes it says eligibility is passed and officer notes indicate a genuine relationship, I dont see the need for interview

Hi, I applied for my spouse immigration in sept 2015. They asked my husband for more documents in march but by mistake he did not read the mail, again they send us the same mail on 27 july. We responded to that mail and provide them everything, they did not adked for passport and when I checked my status online a week before the status for sponsorship is decision made and for permanent residence its still in process.
Today my spouse got a call from tcs visa ofc to collect his documents and I am blank what should I expect from them what it could be positive or negative. Plzzz anyone let me know what could it be ??

You will need to provide more information about your file like which visa office is processing it. Also, try posting your query in the Spousal Sponsorship thread pinned at the top of the main Family Sponsorship page. Or, try a thread of your specific Visa office. Good luck!

Aw, I'm pretty sure it'll be this month for you. We found out that our papers is for 13-month process that's why we already knew that October is our month lol

My husband asked for help to their MP last July and MP was the one who called CEM. CEM told MP that my papers will take 13 months. True to their words lol
