when they asked you to pay the Permeant Residence Fee and/or Request your passport , that's a good sign of final stage . otherwise people trying to keep their hopes high .

hi everyone, happy for everyone with DM and passport request

i have a feeling iwill still be waiting even till april, haha.

we had to inform Mississauga about our little one, but they updated on encas that they sent a letter to my partner in December, we haven't received it yet. he had to call them to find out. their respond was" they are re-sending it" almost 2months waiting for the letter. on top of that still need to do medical.

so i doubt iwill get DM anytime soon, in the mean time, IL enjoy my last months at work and all the family and celebrations that ican still attend, without worrying of too much travelling. hahahaha.

ECAS Changed to DM today!! My wife is a US citizen... but we have not received any mail or email?? what will be our next steps? Please advise.

Today I received additional document email. They asked for Urdu marriage certificate.. I hope it is a good sign

We also got a DM online and it also says medical results are received when we click on the status. We didn't receive any emails from CIC which is odd bc they usually email us before updating the ECAS.

Anyways, this might be a stupid questions but what's the process next after 'Decision Made'? Does this basically mean my wife (US Citizen) is almost a permanent resident?

We worried and I know a few other people were because we received an email in regards to missing documents of the FBI Background Check but was ensured by the CIC it's nothing to really worry about and that they were in the final stages of our application.

UPDATE:
Today we received our COPR!!! My wife(US Citizen) is currently reading the letter to find out what's next!

What are the next steps after COPR? We were expecting to receive a PR Card, Passport or some kind of identification card in the mail.

Do we have to book an appointment with a CIC officer before we land?
