New to this site but have been following it a while :)
Just wanted to share my husbands and my timeline
Application received sept 2
Sponsorship approval nov 4
In process nov 6
Decision made dec 19

Same three lines though on ecas. Nothing new added except it says decision made

They did not ask for any other info than what I originally sent. My app was complete. Been together ten years with child etc.
just curious as to why this was so fast....?

That could depend on your VO. u know all VOs dont have the same timeline.

I hope it is only about new applicants, not about who already applied, because my VO used to give PRs in 13 months officially, but,in fact, in much shorter period of time.. ??? ???

Lets hope for the best and ready for the worst :)

What does this means? Does it apply to family spousal and children?

"Many more people want to immigrate to Canada than the Government of Canada can bring in each year under our annual immigration plan. Applications received after the maximum has been met may have to wait longer to be processed."
