Hi, I filled my spouse sponsorship application on September 14, 2015 and my husband's sponsorship got approved on November 20,2015.

After receiving the AOR from New Delhi visa office, the ECAS shows that application status as In Process.

And the following is shown

We received your application for permanent residence on September 14, 2015.
We started processing your application on November 27, 2015.
Medical results have been received.

Is there anyone with the same status?

You're not alone my friend. I never got AOR2 as well, only third line was added since Nov18.

Almost all the september applicants Ecas showing the same status. So Gud luck to us

Sponsor
1. Application received in Mississauga: September 14, 2015.
2. Received acknowledgment: October 31, 2015
3. Sponsor application started processing: October 30, 2015.
4. Sponsor approval: November 16, 2015.

PR Applicant
1. Application received: September 14, 2015.
2. We started processing application on November 20, 2015.
3. Medical results have been received

My wife sent her medical records but I don't recall anywhere on the checklist for the sponsor to submit their medical records. I'm a bit worried now...can someone please confirm.

I got an email for SA but online it's still says processing which I thought was odd.....

Welcome to the Forum!!
It is not required for the sponsor to submit a medical. Sometimes they don't update the online system so that may be why it still says "processing". I have read on the forum that this happens and you shouldn't worry too much.

Only the person emigrating requires a medical since they will be coming into Canada from a different country.

I started off in the September thread because I mailed my app on Sept 28, but because of an error with Canada Post it wasn't received till October 2. So, I had to move to the October thread, but I wanted to share my news.
