Pretty happy after ~3.5 months the Nairobi VO has sent an email requesting passport and an updated military service questionnaire to be sent along in a prepaid courier coupon.

Good to see some action on the file after a while.

Did you file your application on February 9th or September 2nd?

I have a bit of good news to share - I think. We RX'd an Email from Manila a month ago requesting additional document - which we of course sent them right away. My wife was thinking it was bad news that we missed the document, but I told her it was good news - that it meant they had started to process our paperwork. A month later we haven't heard anything further. Was I wrong in my optimism?

When a VO is asking for more document it's always good news, because it does mean they are processing your file, VO's take a long time and wont update you ECAS frequently. So don't worry about updates, wish you a speedy process

We just received DM today! We just checked the ECAS system this afternoon. My wife and I are very happy and excited! No lines have been added to our file and the last one is still 3. Medical Results received... but the main page now shows Decision Made instead of In Process.

We are US Outland and applied September 1, 2015. Good luck to everyone else awaiting DM and COPR!!
