The agent told me that my sponsorship got approval on November 19th. I still waiting for the mail delivery.
I remember that when I submitted my application I chose email communication method instead of mail. But the VO still sending us mail. Anyone know how to change it? I prefer email, cause it is faster.

For the applicant, the status still "application received", is it normal?

I got my AOR and SA! So happy and relieved. What happened was, our letters had gone to our "representative" instead of me. All along I thought the info would be coming to me. The person who helped us with our application is the one receiving the emails and mail. How do I change this yet still keep the representative? Anyway we got our AOR on Oct 31 (which I didn't even know until yesterday because they hadn't contacted me), and I just got the SA today Kitty, have you still not heard anything? I wonder if your letters are going somewhere else too. Our application was received on Sept 14th, so I would assume yours is already past the AOR stage and that you either did or will soon get your SA, because I wouldn't have even known had I not contacted these people that helped us with the application. I got my SA but it still hasn't updated on my ecas so you may have yours already too even though it's not showing. Congrats to all who got their letters and I hope all the rest get theirs soon. Now here's to hoping we won't have to wait too long for the whole process!

Not sure, but I emailed CPC Ottawa when my file was transferred there instead Rome and the next day they replied to me and they gave this link. All inquires must go through there. If you do it let us know how long is taking

but i'm not sure if you can have ur representative and the info to be send to you.. CIC will only send your info to one address, if you have a representative the info will go to them. If you want the info to come to you, you have to cancel the representative. But you can always try

I just noticed today that the 3rd line on my ecas was modified I never paid attention to the date as there was always a 3rd line saying they where processing my application. So I suppose we are in stage two now, as they started processing my application November 19 th

Im not sure though but once your PR status changes to in process. I think that would mean you are approve as SA and file will be transfer to a visa office. A sept 15 applicant just got their SA this morning. you should receive yours soon.

Ok, I'll just wait patiently and see. Nothing yet, they also haven't responded to our email. Am just happy we can see the file is there though

So happy for you , my husband and I haven't heard anything yet. I'm thinking maybe they will just send SA only and not AOR. Hopefully by friday we will have an email/mail.
Hoping u have a speedy proccesing. I for one can't wait to be with my hubby. Ifeel like my life is on hold, icant even do any big purchases, or do a lot of planning. Becasue ifeel, iwill have to sell/donate things. So I rather not buy anything anymore

Hey y'all. I had submitted my application on September 17, they received it on September 21 and today (November 25) we got spousal approval. They changed our office from Los Angles to Ottawa. Hopefully that means that it will process faster?
