I just received DM in ecas this morning. The last line says:

4. A decision has been made on Michelle xxxxxx's application. The office will contact Michelle concerning this decision.

Has anyone else received this message as a GOOD sing? I thought it would say "Approved/Denied" in ecas? If so, and is approved; how long before you get something in the mail, and I was never asked for my visa? I am American, just worried.

I honestly have no idea where I stand with CIC. All i know is that I called the call centre yesterday and they said "no proof has been received by our office yet" ... So who knows, I have sent it to them 5 times already. I am starting to lose hope on all this.

On a brighter note, the TO Star reporter got back to me. He said the media relationships department of CIC seemed nervous that the media was inquiring about my case. Like "ops we got caught in a huge mistake" ... they promised him an answer back by tomorrow. So we shall see how us going public helps our case. If it doesn't at least I am happy to have called them out publicly for screwing us over big time.

I am totally perplexed. I sent the CSQ the same day it ws requested, it was attached to my knowledge at most a week after they received it... so idk what the hold up is...

I'm going to order my notes over the weekend. I don't know what the hold up is with mine, everything is there with fees, Medicals and relationship proof. Just want peace of mind they have it all.
