Guys, I got my COPR. It only took them a week to return our passports with COPR forms. I sent passports on Monday, they got them on Tuesday, and next Monday they sent them back. I plan to do landing in a couple of weeks...

Please help me out folks. Received passport Request today, and sent to Ottawa from Toronto.

- How long it will take to receive passport back, sent it today.
- once received passport, what is next process?

I want to go back home in the last week of Dec,2016. I have work permit valid until 2017 oct. I do not have any visa, and stamped visa take aprrox 1 month to get. What should i do? leave to back home, and do port entry upon arrival ? or do port entry in naigara rainbow bridge and wait for P.R card. ?
or leave without waiting P.R card.

so confused, please help folks wit your expert opinion. what is best approach.

Hello everyone... I have been reading for a long time now. My bf received his passport request on monday tje problem is he applied in Canada but his work permit expired and his other work permit was not aprove on time and he lost his status. He applied to get his status back to apply for eork permit but they only took tje mi mey and he had to leave almost 6 months ago. The letter says to send tje passport if he is in a country tjat needs a visa or send photocopy if they only need an ETA, he is in Mexico and today changed from visa to eta however the application was done here in Canada and now he is outside... Please help....

Still waiting for further directions. Anyone with me in this boat??

I don't see any messages in My CIC account, where i linked the application

Ok, so I just called CIC, call center agent said that my application was approved on Dec, 01. Right now just need to wait for PPR email.
