Application reached CIC on 24 Sep 2014.
Medical, RPRF upfront and updated at CIC.
Month back responded to Letter of Intend to stay out of QC.
Had to extend my OWP.

PPR ... soon !!!

I am interested in hearing from people, like me, who are living in Canada whilst their application is being processed.
Anyone from the September 2012 applicants living here through the processing of the application the have received their COPR or Landed and in what timeframe?
I was informed from immigration ministers office, after 1st processing deadline had passed that as I was living in Canada when I applied that I could expect a considerably longer processing time.
Couldn't understand the logic behind that statement and they would not elaborate on it.
Surely being in the country where the application is being processed is the ideal situation for those processing and would be best scenario for speed of processing?
They got all of my documents upfront and have never asked for a single additional document?
Is there a priority of processing given to oversees applicants over local applicants that anyone knows about?

Just got my GSCM notes yesterday. so far, my eligibility and medical has already changed to "Passed" except for Criminality (still in progress) even though they have received my RCMP Criminal Record check 3 weeks ago.

My application assignment was due to May 27th, 2016 at paper file location: CEC pending, not sure what does that mean ( I need to decide to renew my BOWP, which will expire next month, this week)

Hi there, I'm over 20 months waiting now. My Sept 2014 CEC app is 'in progress'
I also applied for EE in the meantime and just got refused because I didnt have some Canadian education credential. Furious, and worried it might impact my original 2014 app. Trying to get in touch with CEC for an update but it seems they're receiving a high volume of calls every hour of the day.

Last contact I had with them was when they requested RCMP finger prints. I sent and they received on April 4th. RPRF and medicals etc all done. Nothing since. Anyone else get asked for this?

Are other people over 20 months too??

I am over 20 months too, I am currently waiting for passport request, I payed my right of residence fee from March and I have not heard back from CIC as yet.

We are all on the same boat. All waiting for something which no one knows when it ends. Seems CIC doesn't like to proceed anymore :-\ :-\

No passport request for this week yet? I find myself with hope at the start of each new week then disappointed as the week closes out with no PPR. It's my hope that this waiting game ends soon.

Same here ... Sep 2nd Applicant
My ECAS has only three lines ... last one being, Medicals recieved
people say 4 5 6 lines ... I don't get it :'(

Finally CIC is asking for my passport.

My timeline:
App Filed: Sep 29 2014
PR Fee: Paid in January 2016 due to the batch system error
AOR: Feb 06 2015
Ask for T4 & NOA: Mar 07 2016
Med: Apr 26 2016 (And my clinic uploaded the results the same week)
Passport Request: Jun 2 2016

So just hang in there guys, almost there!
