No, it just mean that your VO has to touch your file by this date ( to see if they received some documents they requested per example ).

But don't worry, looks like they are working on file before the due date nowadays :)

Any Commissionaires should be able to do fingerprint based RCMP record check.
After fingerprint, it's sent to RCMP to check. Then RCMP send it to you in about 1 week. Then you mail the RCMP letter to CIC. Best to attach original CIC request letter with client ID, for CIC's reference.

RCMP send it to you.
When you go to the Commissionaires, you are required to fill in your address. Then RCMP will send it to your address which you provided. Then you send RCMP check result letter and the original CIC request letter altogether. The latter is just for VO's reference.

Just got an email from CIC requesting info.

Schedule A: please provide a separate and newly completed Schedule A Background Declaration form (IMM 5669) from the age of 18 bearing an original signature with updated personal, address and travel history with no gaps in addresses or activities. In addition, ensure that you provide responses to all Statutory Questions as well as additional explanations for all statutory questions which you have provided a response of 'Yes'.

Do I have to include a separate page for personal history if there isn't enough room to go back 10 years?

Also it states that I need original signature but I can't do my signature online all I can do is enter the date.

Anybody know what I should do here?

Yes, you can include an extra page for the details that don't fit into the form. I have done that for my application.
If sending my mail: You can print the form and sign it
If sending by email: Print the form, sign it, scan it and send the scanned copy to CIC.
Hope it helps ! :)
