whoever received RPRF request this morning should receive another email too ? ( about disregarding previous email ) so far I have not received second email ... and stupidly I have already made payments too.

Don't expect a second email.
(EDITED: some people is reporting second email)

You have to pay sooner or later, so don't worry about it.

If finally you withdrawn your application or something else happens, a RPRF refund is possible.

I didnt receive any second email and i hope it remains that way
I did my upfront medical last saturday so im guessing the next step for me is the RPRF request itself.
Eitherways.. some people said CIC agents said it was a genuine email and it was mass sent so they should pay their fees
one person said CIC said it was an error
some others are saying they received a second email saying it was an error.
What is to be made from these outcomes ?
Would it be foolish to say that those people who didnt receive a second email have genuinely received the first one and need to pay the fees?

I had applied under CEC SEP 2014 and got the AOR 30th Jan 2015, today I got the email asking to pay 490 dollar as Right of Permanent Residence Fee (RPRF) and but I haven’t received any medical request.
This is the normal process? Asking as I always assume that I will get the MR after the AOR (under normal situation), please suggest?

btw I haven't received any 2nd email up till now
