Hey guys,

I have a question about the landing process,

When you asked to sign the COPR they ask you "Have you ever been charged/convicted of a crime or offence,refused admission to Canada or required to leave Canada"

So my question is, if I had two speeding tickets back when I was living in Canada, do I need to tell this to the immigration officer?
Does speeding ticket is a crime/offence?

Nope, speeding ticket is not a crime.

Today, I called to CIC. I said, "when could I get landing paper? It is over two weeks after DM."

Agent gently told me, "It was approved 25th of April and was already sent it to you."

Does it usually take more than 2 weeks through mailing?

Eligibility: Passed
Security:
HIRV:
Criminality: Passed
Org Crime:
Medical: Passed

The last update was on 02/24 and nothing after. I don't know what they are waiting for. :'( :'( :'(

Did you get additional line in ECAS just before getting the PPR email? Might be yesterday or day before.

My ECAS status still shows " In Process". No additional line. Got " Ready for Visa" for me and my spouse within interval of few minutes.

When I say additional line that is like "We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application on" before or after the "We started processing your application on" line inside ECAS.
The ECAS status will remain in process as long as they wont send you back your stamped passports as per previous posts from our PR friends.

Yes. I got 2 separate email. One for me ( To be sent to Ottawa) and one for my spouse ( To be sent to New Delhi).

Today I received my GSCM notes. There is something strange which I see in some parts of the document. The latest status of the application has been intentionally deleted and some other places are the same.

Has anyone had the same experience.

I got the ready for visa email yesterday morning!! Finally after 20 months the wait is over.
