1. PER is positive eligibility review which you already received from Centralised Intake Office on 22/12/2014 as you said.
2. Second Line update is the status in your ECAS (Online) where you can see the progress of your application.

3. Second line update can be seen online once you log in by visiting the above link.

Dear Seniors,

My application date: 15-SEP-14 and PER:30-DEC-14, no 2nd line update yet :-[

Just recently i have discovered a problem in my IELTS certificate. My nationality has been wrongly mentioned as UAE instead of BD. I have checked with British Council to rectify this error but they are asking for original test certificate which i have already submitted to CIC.

a) How material this error is? what will be the effect in my application?

b) What i need to do now to resolve this prob?

Please advise.
