Got my medical today--phewww!! And fortunately - NDVO updated my childs details as well, which was sent on early Feb!!! Hail NDVO!!

PER: Dec 22nd
2nd line update ( "Started processing"): Feb 11
Med Rquest: Mar 13

How long does it generally take after the medical results are received to the passport being requested ?

I have received my MR, PCC & RPRF request on 06-March.
I am in process of getting PCC & appointment for MR is already done. So I will send all docs on time.

Now my question is....

My baby will start school in April. His academic year will ends in March-2016. But academic year in Canada will start in September. I am working in Dubai. So I cannot able to land in Canada by Sep-2015. I can land in December only.
Now is there any possibility that If I & my family can land in Canada in 2015-July/August. Comeback within 15 days. My relatives will receive our PR CARD. We will collect our PR card in India & will fly back to Canada in March/April 2016. My son will start his school in Canada in september-2016.

(1) Is it possible to do as mentioned above ?
(2) if yes, then if my Dubai VISA is not cancelled, will they create any problem on Canada airport ?

In Canada u can get admission for ur kid at any point of da year...

Friends need one information ... As I was working in Germany for more than 6 months I need to submit German Police clearance certificate .... I have received German pcc but the document is in German ...

So I need to submit translated copy / PCC in English .... Can you please suggest certified translation service agency in Bangalore (who meet requirements of CIC guidelines)

NOC 2132 . Application date 10th Sept . PER ... 17th Dec

YES YOU HAVE TO SUBMIT GERMAN PCC AND TO GET TRANSLATED IF NOT IN ENGLISH FROM AN AUTHORISED TRANSLATOR. YOU SHOULD ALSO ATTACH WITH THE TRANSLATION HIS/HER AFFIDAVIT THAT HE/SHE IS A AUTHORISED TRANSLATOR ALONG WITH HIS/HER REGISTRATION NUMBER, IF ANY. YOU CAN FIND THE TRANSLATORS IN THE VICINITY OF ANY DISTRICT/CIVIL COURT PREMISES.
