dear Zaheer32US,

our timeline is similar. i am NOC 2131 applicant from Pakistan with LVO. my application reached 26 sep 2014 and my cc was charged 13 dec 2014. i got PER email on 9 jan 2015. my ECAS says, "we received your application for permane.....on 26 sep 2014." however, i didn't get any request for photo resubmission, and no updates after the PER email as yet

Hi Billoo,

I think it is selectively issued to candidates which have issues with photos. I wish you get straight MR. but do check your emails/spams etc.
