check your email whether you have received a message from Centralized-Intake-Office @ cic.gc.ca. This will be the PER mail. Subject will be: Application for Permanent Residence in Canada. Check your spam folder also.

No, it means that your file passed eligibility assessment at VO (selection decision). Your file will sit at the registry before that for a while (there's a queue, you know). Timelines differ depending on VO, go check out the SS (avg. proc. times section).

Hi Members,

I got a letter from London VO to resubmit my photographs, question is do i need to put name and date of birth at back of all 4 photos or only 1 with photo? kindly advise. Thanks

Why don't you send a query to CIO to find out your VO and file transfer date?
Good luck in your game! +1

I just received the PER mail last few days and it didnt specify the VO where my file will be transferred but it says that my files "WILL BE TRANSFERRED TO VO".

if i ask will they respond? or they will just say wait for the message VO?

PER email never specifies VO.
Don't respond to it. There is a designated email for queries CIO‑Sydney‑Search‑Enquiry @cic.gc .ca

Unfortunately, I received the entire application package returned from CIC, with a letter stating that I do not meet the requirements of Regulation 10 of IRPA because of the missing/invalid Birth Certificate (for myself and my spouse) as shown in the enclosed Appendix C.

I am an expat working and living in Singapore from quite some time, hence I got the Birth Certificate issued from High Commission of India (HCI) in Singapore, in the standard format which they use for issuing the Birth Certificates. I realized that, HCI only uses passport details to issue the birth certificate which CIC does not accept and hence CIC returned me the application. CIC has indicated that they accept secondary school records which show the date of birth.

Pls suggest that if I resend my application, should I send the application package as it is with the additional documents (secondary school certificates) or should I atleast revise two forms: Generic Application Form and Fee Payment Form which are crossed (a cross mark on top of the forms) by CIC.

Sorry to hear that . I suggest get a birth certificate from your country and apply for express entry. Was your file returned after or before payment charge.

All the best!
