Dear Experts,

Im new here and i have a small doubt. I actually posted this n few other threads and i hope to hear from many experts as possible.

Am i right to say If someone's CC charged means that his application is complete and CIC officers has already checked the candidate's job description match to the 80% of the lead statement of the NOC and after checking that only they charge the candidate's credit card?

Is there any chance that the CIC officers will charge the CC first and then later they check the candidate's job description (JD provided by the company including the jobs he performs in the work) and if it's found that it doesnt match with the 70%-80% of the lead statement and so the candidate will receive a NER?

Really appreciate your answers in clearing my above doubts.

I am the applicant of 1st Oct. The payment was deducted on 17th Dec. No per until now.

Same with me. CC charged 30 Nov and still no PER. Sent email enquiry and still no response. Is this possible or is there any instance that CIC skipped the PER email? Or this is an indication of NER?

Hello,
I have urgent question please I applied under PhD stream and application received on 30 September, they immigration returned back on 12/12/2014 due to missing information on main application ,I corrected and sent back,they received on 23/12/2015 and still waiting for charging. My question do you think they finished the completeness check for December applications, or there is chance they can returned again, it is really so stressful.

Is there any possibility that CIC has forgotten to mail me my PER/NER? Is there any way to know?
Is there any chances that I might get AOR directly from the VISA office without getting the PER/NER?
Its already been 35 days since my BD was encashed....

To all MR and PPR awaiting applicants, we shall receive the good news soonest.

To all applicants that av been charged and waiting anxiously for the their PER (NER never), you shall smile and rejoice very soon. Just be alittle more patient and keep your fingers crossed.

And to the ones awaiting to be charged, you shall be charged and receive PER as well.

Hi,

I had Applied for FSW NOC Category: ELECTRICALS & ELECTRONIC ENGINEER-2241.CIC had received My Application on Sep 26th.
Afer that i couldn't able to got any communication from CIC. I Inquired the Bank and the DD was not encashed.
Someone please guide me to get in touch with CIC.
i wrote twice to wwwCIO-Sydney-Search-Enquiry@cic.gc.ca for my application status but no response since last one month.

call cic and try 2 get UCI. dont ask anything else.only ask UCI when he/she picks up da line....really concerned... hope for da best and pray.

Try calling as many times as u can.one day u will b connected
