Applicants are now permitted to submit a clear photocopy of their language test results with a new Federal Skilled Worker (FSW) application only when:

a previous application (with the original test result form) was submitted on or after June 26, 2010; and
the application and original test result form were not returned to the applicant by Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC); and
the tests results are still no more than two years old at the time the new application is submitted.
Of the two IELTS test formats, only the IELTS – General Training test is accepted by CIC. Applications with the Academic IELTS will be returned.

If this is ur 1st application with ur IELTS, U must submit original except you av a previous application with ur original IELTS with CIC.

Dear Respected Member, I am September 08, 2014 applicant with NOC 0111 but till now i haven't got the PER e-mail nor received my package back as it has been more than 140 days and as per my bank my payment was encashed.

Kindly share your advise on the matter as i have already sent an e-mail to CIC enquiry on December 18, 2014.

you will definitely receive PER email if your DD cashed or CC got charged.. sometime delay due heavy work at cic

Hello I am in same boat , as I am 17th september applicant NOC 2243.
I also sent an email to CIC on 22nd December.
Please let me know once you got reply of your email from CIC

1. That my application has not reached at all or they have misplaced my application package ?
2. Or should I a small ray of hope that is in the initial process and my CC might deducted later ?
3. Or should I complete think that my chance is lost and my only hope is EE.

Well my friend it looks like CIC personal are all on drugs!
I got a replay for my query sent on 26 Nov that my application has been sent back due to cap full for NOC 2171.
They have returned my package on Jan 10. Game Over for me!

Hi Skepar,

First of all sorry to hear that, at least you can try for EE now, but I wanted to understand 1 more thing when you said 2nd Sep you sent the application, that means you have sent it on 2nd sep or it reached CIC office on 2nd Sep.
