Pls try be calm although it's not dat easy when pple around you are being attended to. However, all you need is d good news most as well as getting response on ur case. The delay might be as a result of ur individual case cos cic deals more on case by case dan application submission date.

Some case require approval from a senior CIC officer b4 PER can be release, thus d delay. By God's grace you will be favoured.

My file was received at CIO office on 24-Sep-2014 but haven't even got the CC charged yet.

Very upset since I saw many applications received for same NOC (2241) in OCt,Nov,Dec have got their CC already charged.

I haven't even received any rejection as of now.

I tried to mail FSW-Enquiry but no reply. Is the NOC 2241 not favourable?

Is CIC mandated to process every application they receive before April 30, 2015?

Please suggest a way forward except for just keep sitting.

Regards

Verify with you CC company whether there has been any denial of transaction due to any reason.

Finally PER arrived yesterday

Timeline :
NOC :2133
Application received :10 Sep
Cc Charge : 25 Nov
PER : 23 Jan.

Now preparation for PCC and Wait for MR begins.

Experts : please advise.

For PCC it is better to wait for VO to request or start preparation now. I have not submitted any PCC with my original application.
I read somewhere that PCC is valid for one year however I also read that It can not be more than 3 months old when you are applying.
However I believe 3 months old rule is applicable while applying and not at MR stage (after PER).

Better start applying for PCC now to avoid any delays. :)

Dear friends,

Is it true that if for example CAP is full on some particular date all applications from that date will be accepted?
For example if we have 10 applications from Sep 2 and on the 7th application the cap has become 1000 the remaining 3 applications from the same date will be IN?

If your DD has been encashed, you are sure to get the PER. Don't worry.

you are not! im sep 15 cc charged 30...latest PER now is 10 september!!!!

SGVO is moving faster in AOR issue.

Already 10/09/2014 Applicant has got his AOR just only in 22 days.

Beside the previous time range between PER - AOR was 40 - 45 days which has now turned into 30 - 40 days. Its a good sign that SGVO is working very swiftly.

My VO is Hong Kong.
I got my PER on 19 DEC and no AOR email from the HKVO yet.
Feeling a little bit upset as I read in the spreadsheet that ppl in my same VO with PER dated 24 DEC and 30 DEC got their AOR already.
Hopefully I will get mine soon.

I am also 17th September DD applicant. I do not know DD has been charged or not. I have UCI but ECAS also not active. Do not know what is going on but still hoping that good news will come.

Have you already sent CSE to CIO? my 1st enquiry, CIO replied after 47 days saying that they could not find my application in their database. in my 2nd enquiry, they replied after 50+ days saying that my file is already in queue for transfer to my local visa office. I officially got my PER on the 29th of December.
It's always advisable to raise CSE to CIO even it takes days for them to reply.
