Hi CC or DD Charged or Cash and PER expectants applicants, kindly be more patient and you shall surely receive good news shortly. The delay might be due to d challenge faced by CIC on trying to perfect d New Express Entry system. Obviously, this will somehow affect d old fsw 2014 pending applicants and a bit enlongate the d usual expected delivery time target.

However, they will surely get back to d pending fsw 2014 applicants by God's grace. Just be positive and keep d hope alive. Nothing is wrong with your applications provided you av done the right thing, just a little delay and it wont be late.

Just a general Question how many days are we expecting to wait before MR , i got my PER on 17th Dec so that means i am about 37 days in already - LVO

the waiting after PER is a little frustrating as before PER its easy to track where CIC has reached

You supposed to wait 65-/+ days, some times bit earlier also in few cases.

I have seen applicants waiting more then 65 days, Stay calm and be positive .. This is the only thing we can do from our end

No I mean just an ordinary rejection of previous Canada visa mentioned in the application forms.
For example in my case I had one Visitor Visa rejected and I have mentioned that in my FSW application and also provided a cover letter.

This is just an assumption that I have since my NOC 2171 was not caped on Sep 2 because we have one confirmed forum member that already received PER..
I am trying to find a common sense why some applications are delayed...

i had no rejection on my application i had successful US visa and UK visa ... but i have got no reply from CIC as of now ... application received 17th september still waiting for my CC to be charged

My file was received at CIO office on 24-Sep-2014 but haven't even got the CC charged yet.

Very upset since I saw many applications received for same NOC (2241) in OCt,Nov,Dec have got their CC already charged.

I haven't even received any rejection as of now.

I tried to mail FSW-Enquiry but no reply. Is the NOC 2241 not favourable?

Is CIC mandated to process every application they receive before April 30, 2015?

Please suggest a way forward except for just keep sitting.

Yesterday i received my UCI number from my lawyer, and I can see my ECAS first line says
"in process
We received your application for permanent residence on September 29, 2014.
"

date of PER mail was January 9

Very frustrating to be kept in d dark by local VO. Very true but we just need to wait for them to get back to us in due time.
