All of you guys waiting for CC\DD charge from Sep, do you have any previous rejection of visa mentioned in your application?

I suspect that, that might be the problem waiting... I am also in the same Boat Sep 2 applicant NOC 2171 DD not charged and ECAS not active!

What you mean by previous rejection of visa not mentioned, do you mean to say for Canada or different country.

No I mean just an ordinary rejection of previous Canada visa mentioned in the application forms.
For example in my case I had one Visitor Visa rejected and I have mentioned that in my FSW application and also provided a cover letter.

This is just an assumption that I have since my NOC 2171 was not caped on Sep 2 because we have one confirmed forum member that already received PER..
I am trying to find a common sense why some applications are delayed...

Does previous rejection affect the application ?
2010, my first application for business visa was rejected
2011, re applied and got Business visa
2013. FSW application got NER cause i scored 61 points
2014, re applied in FSW application received date 17th September, no news from CIC ECAS is not active.

If you ask me I think any previous rejection case of any type of visa should not affect the current one.... But who knows I am trying to understand how might CIC work ... because the current processing of files for some members it doesn't make any sense...
In my case a member from Sep 2 NOC 2171 already got PER and is into CAP whether me I am still waiting I am 100% sure that my application has everything it needs also my Job duties are almost 100% match with those for NOC 2171 and the only sence for this delay might be some other factors which I am trying to determine if possible...
