I have filed the application in September'14 under category 2281 but till now I don't have any update. Can someone let me know what are the chances of acceptance? I am really worried now that where my application is

My file reached on 17th September, NOC 2243,mode of payment DD. I also dont have any update. Even I have UCI but my ECAS is not active yet.
I am also very much worried

I am sure no attempt was done on CC because i will get text on same time but to be on the safer side I will cross verify this. Apart from this how we can check the status with CIC as yet I don't have anything to produce or what ground I should speak to them as I don't have any reference etc

If someone having any contact or anyway by which I can speak to them then I would be grateful to you

1. Call +16139444000
2. Select 1 for English
3. Then 1 for foreign affair
4. 2 for immigration
5. Call is being transferred to CIC
6. Then 1 for English
7. 2 for status
8. 1 for PR

Did you give space between first and surname?

yes ,entered as it on passport with space after first n surname

Ohh, May be in your passport Given name is your full name (First name space Surname) and surname is blank that is why you need to put both name to check your ECAS status.

Its normal, people who dont have surname in passport then the Given name of passport work as family name(Surname) for all Canada visa/application.
However people who has surname in their passport, Surname will work as Family name.
