I´m from noc 2281. My app date is September 29th and my CC got charged on December 13th. I´m now waiting for PER (perhaps today).

I am also 29th September applicant. I had UCI number as now I am studying in Canada. My ECAS is active and waiting eagerly for PER mail.

Did you try to call your bank to ask if they received any attempt of charge on your CC? You could also try to call CIC to ask about your status.
