Hi,

I didn't get any update. my status said - "in progress"

My PER date - 08th January 2014

Everyone talks about "Second Line update " and I was not aware what it is....

it takes about 60 days for the 2nd line update. it would say "We started processing your application on ..." . hope this helps

I got PER mail on 8th Jan but ECAS status is not yet updated .. It says ''We were not able to identify you using the information you provided. There could be three possible reasons''
I tried log in with UCI , Application No and Receipt no. What could be the reason ??

How can I call the CIC to check my status.. I mean, what´s the number and the sequence I should try? I´m worried because I didn´t receive my PER so far, but people from post dates received.
