By the grace of Al Mighty, I found my UCI from calling CIC. The status of the application says "In process".

I hope every thing goes well from here on words. I wish to ask why i have not received any email related to PER?

Greenwich Mean Time or London/ UK time minus 4 hours is the local time in NS, so 9 am in NS is 1pm in UK (GMT) and so on for other countries. So for Chennai applicant in Chennai should start to expect PER from 18.30 local time (9 am in NS)
