I want to inform you that i have seen my application status "We received your application for permanent residence on September 5, 2014" What does it means...............Plz.........plz.............

how did you see that. where did you get your uci number from? please help

If it's a continuous or a follow up to initial application and corespondence from the immigration, you are good to go but if not, you will another IELTS cos your application will treated as a new application.

Thanks for replying ,we sent the application any way because we didn't want more delay I just hope it will be continues application as we sent their letter with the changes we made.

@ ahsan99.Lucky u, I also called to get my uci , but the agent was not helpful :'(

No sir I called them probably 10-12 times but failed to get my UCI number.

I called them on 23rd December i think...but my PER had arrived in mail box on 15 December... I got my UCI number from my PER.the reason why i was calling them was that my consultant did not forwarded me my PER.he did so on 25 december...

Let me tell u once when i called, a male agent picked my call.he was agreed to give me UCI but for that he asked me to pass security check.for that he asked few questions that i replied.but when he came to my date of birth i told him exact date of birth.later he asked me how old r u?i replied approximately 27 years as i,m 26 years and 8 months old.

he said why u asked approximately?it means u r not sure for ur information.and then said sorry u failed to pass security check so i cant give u UCI...........

We have applied under phd stream on September 2014 and it was second time applying with same IELTS score as we applied on 2012 and got rejected from ottawa in April 2013 as it was already still valid ,they send the papers on december 2014with letter asking to complete the main application form so we did that and sent the whole package as it is with copy of the letter and letter states changes we made as they asked and it arrived there already on 22/12/2014my question with Tue IELTS will they consider it valid based on first time we sent the package.

Your IELTS is valid for 2 years from date mentioned on IELTS score sheet.

Al HamdoLillah got PER email on 31 December 2015..........After getting DD encashmt issue it was hard to get response so early....Got email that my DD was not encashed on 22 December so have to send new payment form which I forwarded by email on 24 December by opting CC method this time.....CIC was very quick this time and they processed payment on 31 December and same day sent me PER email......
