Same question in my mind too. Fact is we can only send our application to CIC and wait for them to work on our apps.

I am guessing looking at the time frame and vacation, may be they will update this Noc only after Jan 5 or Jan10. though its purely a wild guess.

+1 613 944 4000. When u reach the option permanent resident visa, let the recorded voice speak for 3 times as u have nothing to enter, then it will transfer you to an agent.

I called few days backk...she asked me my full name date of birth...country of birth..only simple questions

Dude for sure there is some banking issue which we can not rectify, we have to use any other payment option and best and speedy is to use CC. CIC did not specify anything about old DD, when and how they will return.

I´m also NOC 2281, but my CC got charged on December 13th, so your PER is a good new. I´ll probably receive mine until January 10.
