Hello All,

I am September 10 applicant and heard from bank that my DD has been encashed. As confirmed from bank DD was encashed in first week of December but till now I havn't received any email from CIC. Is this a serious matter? I am really worried now and dont know what to do further . Please help me what to do further. I am NOC 1111 applicant.

My application sent on 09-Sep NOC 2173.
Payment mode: DD
My bank is having no idea of DD got charged or not. Anyone knw NOC 2173 latest PER date from september applicants?

give it 3 weeks from encashment, also remember everyone is on holidays back there now.

Do we know what happens to the application from the time it is received by CIC till CC/DD is charged, is there any kind of review done or PER or NER is only done after the CC/DD is charged?

Yes, basic application check is done. If there is any document missing, then they will try to contact you.

My aplication package reached CIC on 29th September . NOC is 2173. not heard back anything from CIO/CIC . Any one who has submitted in septmber got file number ? Any idea why i have not got the file number yet :'(

You should get it by the end of December or early January as a New Year present
