Excuse me, enggvirdi, Could you please tell me what is the difference between PER and NER (you wrote NER in your message, it's just a mistake, or another thing??)

they send you your file back with NER letter ....i am nt sure of this information of no email but i read it on another forum 0

so far i didn't get my file back. when do you expect that i will my file back.

I have sent my application on 23rd September and Demand Draft enclosed with application was encashed on 16th Dec 2014, but still I did not receive any communication (email or text or Letter). When will I recevie the File no. and other necessary details regarding my application.

That's completely wrong.

Rejection at completeness check: file sent back with explanation letter.
NER: file is retained by CIO. Email sent to applicant.

You need to wait for probably at least 2 weeks from DD encashed time. Nov 23, 24, etc are receiving Eligibility Review response from CIC.

what i mean that 2171 has reached cap already and i was expecting to get my file back as im planning for the new system .

now it's 20 Dec and i dont know how to get the file back or when i should expect getting it back to me.
