Latest CC Charged: 10 October (NOC 4011 as per SS also got PER)
Latest DD encashed: 16 October (NOC 4011 as per SS also got PER)
Latest PER: 16 October (NOC 4011 as per SS)

Its unbelievable that DD encash has surpassed CC charge. May be some CC charges are yet to update entry in SS.

Are you sure about this ?? Shocked Shocked.. because I am a 28th September applicant , yet to recieve any news on my dd encashment..
