ECAS status that is "In Process" is better than CC charge! You are still in the game. Just wait for PER.

2 i have only one year of experience of NOC 3011 which is going to complete by the end of December and i have 4 years of experience for NOC 3012. So are they going to score me on 5 years of experience or only one year??????
It is better to apply as
3233 than 3011 if that is your case. I think they will base everything in your application on the received date which they stamp on your file on the day that they receive it.
