Has anyone under NOC 3012 Sept.11 via DD received PER yet? When can I possibly receive mine?
I called my bank today and they were already hesitant to contact their branch in New York for inquiry re encashment because they said it's not that easy. Last week my DD is still outstanding as per the reply of my bank's main branch in NY.

Multiple chargings are going on, may it be 1111 or any other NOC, CIC "is" charging and has NOT stopped for september. So when you mention CIC has started charging October won't help people here but will just create panic. The truth is, 1111 is being charged along with other NOCs and can even enter November but I see a lot many people misguiding others by giving an impression they are left out from to be charged.

My file returned on 12/09/2014 for NOC Code 0111 application received by CIO on 19/09/2014.
The rejection reason tells that "please see the highlited Items"
1. Changes in eligibility of FSW Program
2. Work Experience & Signed at next Page
3. Schedule A: Background Declaration/Schedule (IMM 5669 Schedule A) for all persons on the file ( accompanying or not ) over the age of 18.
I'm thinking of re-Submitting my application very soon with updated work experience as Assistant Manager- Finance NOC Code 0111 and complted all Forms.
Please suggest me What should I Do?????
