anyone can figure out how CIC working with charging, i cannot understand their pattern, anyone can see any charged nocs pattern, are a group of nocs are advancing and others aren't as i think all hot nocs are done.how many septmeber applicant haven't charged yet??

It's hard to figure out as CIC is not working on any specific pattern, one thing is for sure that DD mode of payment is delayed by 3-4 weeks as compared to CC payment. I am also 11 September applicant NOC 0013, DD mode of payment but not yet charged.

Your DD is under normal processing b/w CIC and the issuing body.
Expect enchashment on or before 15/12/2014 if your application is
error free.

How can we find out from a Govt Indian Bank about the status of a DD called them they have no information.

Please can you confirm from your bank if there was an attempt on your card.

Same issue with me also. Sept 23 applicant, CC not yet charged. Mine is HDFC Bank credit card, I have set international limit through net banking and also would receive SMS incase of charging. So far nothing has happened.

Same in here, not charged yet.. But I´m from September 29. Also will receive a sms notifying me. But, just in case, already called my bank yesterday... and no news so far. :/
